Entertaining and insightful. Thought provoking
With a very special person being a world away and our relationship in tatters (despite a fundamental bond between us formed over the years), this book has helped my to look inwardly and then externally at ways of resolving our issues. It has helped addresses some of our blockages and might just provide the solutions necessary to reconnect and rectify our relationship and put it on a better trajectory for the future. 💔💔 🤞❤️❤️

Good listen
very good, funny and interesting. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I listen to lots of self help books and though this was really good it didn't feel like you could take the advice seriously, but good entertainment value

Interesting listen
This was an interesting listen with lots of food for thought. Questions asked were thought provoking and helped with some realisations. I was less interested at the end of the book but it is still worth a listen. Information on boundary setting and the theme of communication throughout really resonated with me.

Wouldnt recommend
Very basic and disjointed narration with more questions than answers and a lot of repitition. Cited facts and percentages simply dont add up and author in my opinion confuses facts with personal views and opinions. Stuck it out to the end but sadly learnt nothing new. Disappointing given the credentials of the author.
