Excellent guided meditation. Really helped me to unwind and relax. Great to listen to after a stressful day, just unwind, switch off and relax!

Wonderful!

If the pace of the day leaves you exhausted and unable to become calm or sleep; peace of mind in a click away.

I'm skeptical by nature and discount reviews, as you may feel free to do so here, but this s a wonderful experience and a tool for peace and serenity. I have a fast-paced career and am recovering from a long-term injury. Reducing the use of medication for pain resulted in sleep deprivation. I just listened to this and relaxed, slept and lost all sense of time.

The narrator's voice is beautiful, soothing and feminine. I grew up in Britain and loved listening to her. I will absolutely purchase more, or all, of these audiobooks.

I have no finanacial interest in these products and ensorse them whole-heartedly.

Very good!

Really well made and well put together. Sound is excellent and narrator is good if you don't mind a rather posh sounding english woman guiding you ;D
Only negative for me is after doing meditations a few times the intro starts to get a bit drawn out, I think it's too long and found myself skipping forward a little. Otherwise really good :)

Great Narrator and Very Relaxing!

This narrator is so refreshing. No annoying mouth noises or other distracting habits that make some of these relaxation tracks anything but relaxing. I love the integrated ambient noises and found the meditative journey to be very effective.

relaxation indeed!

I love the creativity and realness of these meditations. the sounds and voice make it easy for me to imagine all the scenes and really feel being there.
The introductions aren't always as helpful at getting relaxed, but once focussed on the storyline it usually works!

Not a sleep aid

While the voice is lovely and the music is quite nice, it is also much more energetic than I was expecting. The visualization is tumultuous, as well, with moments of urgency followed by a sense of relief. In other words, inner peace does not equal immediate sleep. Don't make my mistake.

I did like it and I might listen to it during the day sometime.

Terrible for meditation

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

If your going to listen to a guided meditation your mind should not wander aimlessly...I found nothing of value in this series.

What could Richard Latham have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I'm not sure this concept would ever work for meditation

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Jane Warren?

I don't think it would have mattered.

Puts me to sleep every night.

I used this lately to help relax before bedtime almost always falling asleep before it ends.
