Timeless Concepts for Finding More Time.

Wonderful book! This book is so well done. The author takes a different & complete realistic approach to time management, adding a necessary step that so many other books in its category miss, making it much easier to get a handle on managing your time. I was so impressed that I explored other books by this author & I've yet to be disappointed. I bought this book mainly because I saw it in a Levenger catalog. The approach is wholly different from all of the other time management books that I have read. The author doesn't try to tell you concrete steps to live your life, she shows you a process that will allow you to live your life in control That in itself was worth the cost of the book. I plan to reread this book once every so often to make sure that I'm keeping it current in my mind. It's that good.

This is a life-saving book.

This book changed the way I approach my job as a sysadmin, and my boss took notice and purchased a copy for the office to pass around and read. It helped me take control of the factors in my job that were causing me to lose focus and avoid major projects, some (like automation, also discussed in the book) that would make my job easier if I could just sit down and put four straight hours into them. This book is a must have for anyone who works in IT or as a developer. It has saved me time and time again when it comes to making sure all my work is getting done. i recommended this book

Become more productive

Awesome ways and strategies that can help you out with planning and managing your time more effectively and getting work done efficiently. Useful knowledge on how to make the first steps towards managing your time, prioritizing your tasks, because we all know, time is money. Definitely worth it. Good little guide on how to manage time. As a procrasitinator myself I realize the importance of using time as after all " time is more valuable than money" as stated in the book. Enjoyed the quote section at the end and also the tips on keeping the mind clear. i like so much much. exellent book. i recommended this book. This is not my first book about time management. I always fail and seldom succeeded in managing my time wisely. As the book stated, time management is crucial to productivity. There were times when I feel very productive and times when I don't.

Very applicable for students!

This book helps you understand how important it is to have balance in your life. I use strategies found in this book to help unclog the hold ups in my daily flow. I recommend this book even if you are not a student. These time management skills can be applied to any life style. I have learned a lot of things about time management and how to make things fast, effective and more accurate. I always do the easy things first and leave the hard ones for later, but this book proved it to be a bad habit. Sleep really is a good thing to do when your mind starts to cloud up. This book is very helpful to people who find time management very difficult to achieve or handle.

fabulous book for time management.

As you may expect, a book on time management is one of those things that many may need to read but they seem to put off doing because, well, they don’t have the time to listen a lengthy book about time management. If they had the time to listen it, maybe they wouldn’t need a book in the first place. So this fairly slim, concise and to-the-point book about time management might be a successful compromise and something that is ideally suited to those who need to improve their time management skills. The author mixes together a range of techniques and real-world hints and tips that are said to help the reader assess their usage of time and to help change their working practices to make a more effective, managed use of time. i love so much i recommended this book.

Great Book!!

This book made me realize how much I actually do procrastinate. It also gives many ways to focus on the priorities in your life. I like that it talks about balancing work life and personal life. Indeed, this is a no bull-book. In fact, I even felt somewhat sheepish as I felt a voice talk to me about identifying my values so I can determine how best to utilise my finite time. Great book for anyone who wants and needs a wake-up call to what you are doing with your life at this point in time. I grabbed this book as a recommendation from a friend. So happy I did. The book offered some terrific insight on time management. I work from home, so this book about managing your time to create a more organized atmosphere and therefore, better results was just what I've been looking for.

Captures people as they are.

I really enjoyed this book and felt there were a lot of really great takeaways on taking responsibility for my life, my actions, and my results. I plan to add this book to the list of books that I will reread from time to time. It is easy for us to make this kind of mistake with our to-do lists. There is no need to worry, though. The key to an effective to-do list as well as daily action is identifying what mistakes you usually make and then find ways on how you, will be able to correct these mistakes. It is an exceptionally basic and everything valuable precised book and extremely helpful too Checklist and Self Discipline.

Best explained book.

Straight to the point time management book. Great read.should help new managers attain time management skills desperately needed to be successful. Julie this is amazing. I was inspired all the way through. You have a way of transferring a sense of calm to your audience. I hear it when you speak and it came through when I read the workbook. Wow! I felt organized, calm, motivated and really ready to work by the end of it. Amazing job! One of the things I love about Julie's focus is that managing your time is much more than creating a better To Do List! Without that perspective it's "easy" to spend time seeking the "perfect" app or the best software. I recommended . i love so much.

Time management coaching worth your time.

Tired of the same old approach to time management? Fed up with not having the energy to get everything done? Then make the decision to look at time management from a holistic perspective. That means understanding not just tasks + hours in the day, but how your energy levels, choices, and self-care impact your efficiency, effectiveness, and most of all, your well-being. I love this book!!!! I use this book both as a guideline when working with clients - and as a refresher for myself. Practical - and easy to implement strategies are only ONE part of what makes this book first rate. A big part of it is that I simply haven't clearly defined what is important and what can slide. This book was a real life saver for me. If you feel that you don't have enough time you need to check out this book!

Must Have For Creatives!

This book proposes that organization and time management strategies should be personalized and comfortable. They should be empowering, not restrictive, and make your life more relaxed, not more stressful. Until reading this book, I had not considered that this was possible. I have adopted many of the author's ideas and specific suggestions, and I have continued using them for over a year since I first read it. I've increased my freelance earnings, created a workspace I love to work in, and reduced the stress in my life. If you cringe at most time-management books, please read this one.

Love this book for it’s practical

Succinct + Insanely Useful! I really loved this book because it has all the best secrets from other time management books wrapped into one, plus a few extra from successful celebrities, CEOs, and business owners. You can read 20 other books on time management and get complicated, unrealistic systems to help you manage your time. Or you could get this one book, be done with it in a few hours, and have a solid understanding of the landscape. Read this book while taking a vacation and have already implemented some of the "secrets" upon my return to the office. And have already noticed great productivity gains, but what's even better, is greatly reduced stress levels over the remaining backlog of tasks.

Changing my life for the better..

Great book on productivity and time management. The principles are highly practical and effective, as I have started to find. The second part of the book provides numerous case studies that help to illustrate and embed the principles. One suggestion for the next edition of the book would be to reduce the number of case studies on entrepreneurs and provide more on professions in the knowledge sector.

A good system for getting organized!

Time management system described in a short and easy to read (harder to implement) book. Lee's system of integrating business and personal planning and time management tools and tricks should work for everyon. I love the way Lee puts it! This book will inspire & kick you in the backside at the same time!

This will change how you think about your time

I am in the middle of the book, reading while on the bus to and from work. I must say, it gives those who don't know much about time management, a different way of doing things. I like the fact that it questions entrepreneurs, stay at home parents, and others, if they apply each secret ,what would they accomplish? I like all the quotes and was surprised to see even quotes from high school and college students.
