Summary

Andrea Smith brings you this spin-off story from her G-Man Series. Things are about to heat up in DC!

Taz has a younger sister and Paige Matthews has a lot to learn - about everything, including herself. At age 22, Paige finds herself driving across the country to start an internship with the FBI in Quantico, Virginia.

You would think that Paige would be grateful to her older brother, Trace Matthews, a senior FBI agent who pulled strings on her behalf to get her into the program, right?

Wrong.

Paige is not overly enthused at the realization that her parents have pushed her from the nest and onto her older brother's plate for the time being. Always a loner, she quickly wears out her welcome with Trace and his wife Lindsey, due to her...need for random hook-ups, and finds herself crashing with her oldest brother Easton and his wife Darcy.

Through Darcy, Paige is introduced to her sister-in-law's former roommate and bestie male friend, Eli Chambers, along with his sinfully handsome partner, Cain Maddox. They're looking for a roommate and Paige is looking to get out from underneath her family's watchful eye.

This is no typical "Three's Company" story, though. Paige embarks on a journey of self-discovery that teaches her not only about giving, but about accepting love as well. She soon realizes that sometimes what you're searching for has been right there with you all along.

This book is intended for mature audiences. Explicit M/M and M/F/M sex.

Great

This book follows Paige Matthews who is the younger sister of Taz from the G-Man series. She’s a bit of a wild child doing who she wants when she wants and to hell who’s there to see what’s she’s up to. After Lindsay and Taz tell her she’s not welcome to live with them anymore she gets an offer from Cain and Eli which she accepts. It was so good experiencing how their friendship towards each other turn to love and seeing Paige grow into the person she’s meant to be. Loved both narrators and I’m going to listen to book 2 now.

Hot hot hot!

What a hot story! Paige is a very sexually charged young woman who constantly chooses the wrong men but luckily for her Eli and Cain are there to look out for her. The three of them work really well as a unit. Looking forward to listening to the next part. I voluntarily reviewed a gifted copy.

One for the MMF romance lovers…

… Or those dipping their toe into this world.

A strong story with a lot of heat.
It was a pleasure to delve past the G Man world, but still have that hot, sexy comfort blanket.

Paige was a great character and must have been fun, yet interesting to develop with her many facets. I loved Eli and Caine and their devotion for one another.

A truly heart-warming listen, showing love doesn’t need to fit in a conventional box

The narrators did a great job bring each and every character to life. They really enhanced the story.

Holy steaming hotness

This was so very steamy, but it wasn’t just heat there is so much story to back up the heat. The evolution that the characters went through as the relationship progresses is my favourite part of this the push and pull, the feelings and the compromises that come with every relationship.

I think this may be my favourite of Andrea’s books so far but she keeps bypassing my expectations with each book so I write nothing in stone yet. A fantastic book can’t wait to listen to the next one.

A Good Listen

These Men is a MMF menage story with great characters and an interesting storyline. It was a steamy, sensual read with great character development. Although I didn't particularly care for Paige at the start I liked the dynamics between these characters and seeing their relationship develop. I would recommend this novel to all lovers of MMF romance.
The audiobook was narrated by Tor Thom and Charley Ongel. They did a great job with the characters adding personality and life to them. They brought the story to life and I enjoyed listening to them narrate this novel.

Paige, Eli, & Cain

I really enjoyed this book. Taz’s younger sister, Paige is trying to find herself and in the mean time finds two men to be roommates with. They help her find what she is looking for. I love all the characters in this book, and the narrators really helped me picture them in the story. I have loved everything I have heard from Andrea Smith. We have a HEA with MMF and No cliffhanger. I definitely recommend this book.

Growing up

Story: This book was a great tale of a woman coming into her own. Leaving behind her wild ways and finding love. I thought it was a sweet story of love and acceptance.

Narration: Narration was Great - I have to say that the female narration was a little too sex kitten-ish but i still loved it. I personally just thought it was a little too much. I always love the end result of a Tor and Charley performance though. This was a small thing.

Note: MMF story :)

Something new in audio narration!

What made the experience of listening to These Men the most enjoyable?

I am a seasoned listener of audiobooks. Most audiobooks are predictable. These narrators brought the story to life. I hope this in the vanguard for the future of audiobooks. Love it!

Cain, so strong and sexy.

Which character – as performed by La Petite Mort and Ruby Rivers – was your favorite?

Ruby Rivers is incredible. She inhabits the attitude and tone of each character. Perfect!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes!

Any additional comments?

Fantastic audiobook. Can not wait for the next book in the series!

Awesome!!!

I feel like the beginning was a little bit slower and the behavior of Paige was really out if control, but after that the book has a good pace and gets so much better.

Andrea Smith is a new author for me, and even though this book is mark as #3.6 it can be read as standalone without any problems.

I love how the story develops because it's not rush and nire important is not just sex it's more about the feelings of the three of them and how everything plays to develop into something more.

The dynamic between the three of them was perfect with some funny moments and also sexy, sweet and hot.

It's great to see how a person can change when they have the perfect people around them that cares and gives great advises and this is what happens with Page that she went from being reckless and crazy to respecting herself and finding her true self.

I found the narration to be great. Ruby Rivers was really great bringing Page to life and Ka Petit Mort voice was just awesome and hot, both of them truly giving each character the emotions they needed and theire voices are nice to listen.

Sexy & sweet

I read this story when it was first published & love that it's now on audible! These Men quickly draws you in, surrounding you with characters you love. If you've read/listened to Andrea's other books, you might recognize a few of them. But I digress...

These Men will pull at your heart, twist you in knots and have you searching for a fan because it's smoking hot! The narrators did a good job with the different voices & personalities. They kept me focused on the story, letting me get lost in this steamy, crazy world.

These Men

What made the experience of listening to These Men the most enjoyable?

I absolutely loved listening to These Men on audio. Im new to both Andrea Smith books and audio books so it was great to receive a copy for review.

Where do I start, well first of all I was surprised with how well I connected with both narrators. Im not sure if this is the norm, as I said audio newbie, but I was worried I wouldn't connect with narrators or characters. The only issue I had with the audio side of the book was that I felt the narrators were slow and the book took twice as long as it would have to read it but I'm sure I will get used to this in time.

Now onto the book itself WOW what can I say about Paige and her men Eli and Cain. Paige is a young, selfish and somewhat insecure 22 year old who has never been in a relationship and chooses to play the field with men. The choices Paige makes leads her to move in with Eli and Cain and this is where we see Paige mature as a woman and work out what she really wants from life. Needless to say Eli and Cain, more so Cain, support her to make some changes in her life and find love.

I enjoyed listening to how the relationship between Eli and Cain changed and how Paige fit into their relationship because she went through a range of emotions before deciding it was a relationship she could get on board with.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I loved Cain because of the way he interacted with firstly Eli and then Paige

Have you listened to any of La Petite Mort and Ruby Rivers ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I haven't as I'm new to audio books

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Definitely Paige and Cain's first kiss

Any additional comments?

I recommend this book to anyone who likes M/M, M/F/M, sexy romance books you wont be disappointed.

Great story

I truly liked this book. It tells a great story of three people looking for something more in their lives. I liked the story line and the characters.

By the end of the story you will fall in love with the more than Minage.

I hope that their is a second book to keep this story going. I found the ending to short and leaving you with wanting more.

The Audio is great, really gets you into it.

Being used and using others was her comfort zone. She was on a destructive path until she got hooked up with two bisexual men. The narrators were perfect!
