Great recovery advice

Having suffered with anxious attachment issues most of my life, it has become problematic in adult life as I want to get stronger and be more independent but found myself repeating the same cycle of negative behaviours around groups of people. I was adopted at birth so my fear of abandonment is real. It has impacted my whole life and how I avoid groups. It was time to make a positive change and this audiobook was the first time I had real experience and strategies. Trigger happy was my favourite chapter, it really helped me identify my anxious triggers and how to cope with them better, this has been a life saver for me and has allowed me to push past other fears as a result. Well narrated and easy to follow, with life-changing advice.
