This book provided powerful quiet help when I really needed it. I put it on during stressful days and before bed, and the guided scripts helped me slow down and breathe. I liked that I could pick a short track when I only had a few minutes, or a longer one when I wanted a deeper session. The variety is also great. There’s something for winding down, easing anxiety, and just resetting when the day gets messy. I’m aiming to keep this listen in my regular rotation.

Wow, there are a lot of great meditations in this audio. The narrators voice adds a wonderful touch. My favorites are the meditations for stress relief, but they are all pretty good. They all help you relax for sure.

I truly appreciate the author's soul in this. I feel like the mediations are poignant and helpful. I can see how many people would benefit from the various ways these meditations help the listener. As a nurse, I wish more people would turn to meditation as a natural way of healing and symptom management. Take sleep, for example, why pick up a pill when you can turn this audiobook on and listen to the soothing guided meditations to lull you to la-la land? I highly recommend this listen!
