Beautiful

Thank you for making this guided meditation available to us. It is cleansing, healing and empowering with wonderful background sounds and music. I expect to be using this regularly. Simple morning meditation

I found this to be a simple and easy meditation with profound results! I did it on the train into work and it calmed me immediately! It also re minded me I'm a swallow breather and I needed to practice breathing deeply. I kept on this throughout the day which also helped me to calm down!
