What did you like best about The Laptop Millionaire? What did you like least?
The best part of this audiobook is the part related to mindset. If you are working from home, and like to have audiobooks on in the background (as I do), then this is an upbeat explanation on how many people have made a lot of money on the Internet. The worst part of this audiobook is that huge chunks are dedicated to the author's idea that the surefire way to make money on the Internet is to spam people. Let me explain, he goes to endless lengths explaining how having a large mailing list is so important, now I agree it is, so far so good. But then he goes on to say that you should use whatever method is easiest to increase size of your list (indiscriminately - paying people on Fiverr to 'give you 10000 twitter followers or Facebook fans' is put across as the main method), then he orders you to go onto Clickbank (an affiliate site), find a popular offer, then offer it to your fans via Twitter/Facebook/email 2-7 times per week! Sorry, but this is spamming, fine it might work, with big enough numbers you will make a bit of money, but really, it's nothing to be too proud of.
Additionally, it could be argued that this is very similar to Tim Ferris' audiobook on the same subject, I would say Tim's is better, but this is by no means bad.
I don't wish to be too negative though, and there are many good suggestions and marketing tips, some of which I am using with my own business.

If you could sum up The Laptop Millionaire in three words, what would they be?
Motivating. aspirational, scaryWho was your favorite character and why?
I loved the story and the examplesWhat about Erik Synnestvedt’s performance did you like?
I just liked the whole bookWas there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The whole book was an eye opener for me. I had never read a book like it before and it set me on a path of adventure and changeAny additional comments?
I'm not sure the author exists because there is a tiny bit of info online about him, but if he does, I would like to thank him personally for writing this book. It was a catalyst for me with lots of references where I could go and seek further information. I haven't looked back although I have not yet got anywhere near being a laptop millionaire. Early days though! This did it for me!

What made the experience of listening to The Laptop Millionaire the most enjoyable?
Good solid strategies for making money online. What was one of the most memorable moments of The Laptop Millionaire?
Even after several years of working online I got a few "ah-ha" moments.Which character – as performed by Erik Synnestvedt – was your favourite?
n/aWas this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes. And then re-listen to again.Any additional comments?
The book needs updated. There are several outdated strategies that just no longer work. These should be removed or altered. If the author wanted to pick just a few and outline in detail a step by step formula for building up an income stream using it, the book would be even better. But perhaps that is for another title.Overall this book is well worth the price and anyone who is seriously interested in making money online who who already makes money online and wants to scale up should consider getting this book.
Some Strategies Outdated But Overall Great Advice

The narration is excellent, Erik Synnestvedt does a brilliant job in adding some enthusiasm to quite a dry topic. The book is full of case studies and testimonials and points the listener towards a lot of further study. I found it interesting, there was less of a how to, or concrete advice and more of a pat on the back for the author I felt. It's worth a listen.
Informative
