Summary

Maurice Marie Émile Leblanc (1864 -1941) was a French novelist and writer of short stories. His famous character, Arsène Lupin, is a master of disguise, a historian, gentleman, and a burglar. In these adventures, Lupin organises a series of flamboyant heists under the nose of the determined Inspector Ganimard. He carries out the most amazing burglaries without ever leaving a clue. The innocent and poor have nothing to fear from him, but the rich and powerful, and the detective who tries to ruin the fun, are the targets of Arsene’s mischief. These stories sparkle with wit and imagination.
