The Easiest Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Beginners is spot on if you want to eat better without gettin bogged down. It explains things proper clear, none of that faffy stuff, and walks you through it step by step….. from stockin your cupboards to knockin up boss scran even if you’re not exactly a whizz in the kitchen.
The quick recipes were me favourite bit….. proper handy ideas you can throw together sharpish and they still come out sound. Made me realise eatin well does not have to be a big job or take all day.
Feels like havin a mate in the kitchen who knows their stuff and gives you the bottle to try new bits without stressin. Sound little book this.
