Terrible Narration

There are a few helpful suggestions in this book, but of of them end with “consult a sleep specialist”. But the thing that bugged me most about this book was the narrator who sounded like a sleep Nazi. Big turn off.

A great insomnia book!

This book is a must is you have insomnia and gives wonderful strategies on how to beat it naturally without meds, however if you have depression or anxiety she does mention you should address that with your doc in junction with the strategies she offers. I loved the narrator of the book, she made it easy to listen to and I wouldn't mind listening to her for other books.
