Great tips

I found this book very informative and actually have used the advice given which has helped me with sleep.

I feel like because I listened to it as an audiobook I paid less attention to it then I would if I actually read a physical copy.

To me, because it was advice being listed, I found it quite fast paced, that was the only reason I did dislike it. However, being an audiobook I can change the speed of the book being read.

To be honest, I think I would read it again because my sleeping habits fluctuate a lot and I would like to revisit the advice given in the book. I would recommend to people that are or know of people struggling with their sleep.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
