I've been around the anxiety block a few times in my 68 years and find this workbook to be very helpful. Reading and working through it I've picked up even more info that helps me look at my anxiety rationally. To understand that you aren't alone and that there's a reason for it deflate the whole anxiety cycle. You won't be rid of your anxiety but will gain some tools to help in your lifelong relationship with it. Also, no you don't have to read the book cover to cover- the intro discusses various ways of digesting it.

I have a very close friend who suffers from anxiety and we are working together on this workbook (as I also suffer the same). I think there are some really good positive suggestions in this book but it will take longer to see real changes. So far, this is awesome.

Seems to have all the information I am looking for with having an anxiety problem . I really believe this is going to be a big help ,I love that it has work pages for you to do that will help you identify your problem which I think will help me !
