Perfect for little monkeys!
Where does Merlin Monkey Learns a Lesson rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is a salutary tale for any little one prone to biting off more than they can chew! The children liked the fun of Merlin and Xixi's game and I liked the fact that that there was a sting in the tale demonstrating that you really should 'listen to your mother'!!
What did you like best about this story?
The rumble of thunder and the sound of rain freeing Merlin from his sticky prison!
What does Rula Lenska bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
Rula's warm voice brings the intrigue of Merlin's adventure to life.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes! The tales are short and sweet.
