I have tried all kinds of diets in the past and more recently intermittent fasting. This book tells you how you can lose weight and still eat all your favotite foods.

Really good

Great book filled with awesome advice. Easy to follow and understand. Very practical and easy way to improve your lifestyle and health. This book is well thought and well researched. I found the concept of intuitive eating really interesting too. Very structures in terms of what to do and how to get results. Great guide for intuitive fasting

Every chapter is well outlined. There is plenty of information about nutrients and a few recipes to kick off your start.

The book has everything you need to know to start and follow this intuitive fasting program.
This sounds to me as a sustainable long-term solution not only to lose weight but also to maintain it and to build new long-lasting healthy habits.

Reset yourself by intuitive dieting.

It's the era of intuitive fasting to lose your maximum pounds without skipping your favourite meals.

I have many doubts about intuitive fasting, but now after listening to this audiobook I feel very happy because it made dieting easy for me.

Great Book.

The timing of my reading of this book couldn't have been better. It is, in a very real sense, a lifesaver. It does an excellent job of describing why intuitive fasting is helpful and provides supporting evidence. It was extremely useful that the biological benefits of intermittent and intuitive fasting were emphasised, as well as how to mix the two in order to accomplish weight reduction. Also helpful was the explanation of how to combine the two fasting styles. In addition to this, it describes how intuitive fasting may help with weight reduction and overall health without requiring the individual to monitor their intake of macro or micronutrients. It is easy to understand and outlines activities that everybody may participate in.
To put it another way, I can't wait to put this to good use.
An innovative and distinctively unconventional approach to dieting, intuitive fasting stands in stark contrast to more traditional eating plans.

Fasting properly explained

I've always been a conscious eater and have tried fasting in the past, but never really stuck it through, as I didn't fully understand or appreciate the process. What the author has done here is thoroughly explain and guide you through the whole process and what to expect and how to progress through the stages of fasting.
The information provided is done in a clear and concise way which is suitable for a first time faster as well as for anyone who has done it before, but wants to gain more from the process. It's still early days for me implementing the information provided in this book, but I feel confident and excited about the long term results down the line.

A must have

The book is written in such a way that anyone from a beginner to an intermediate can understand its explanations and concepts. I have I found it to have concrete examples, and tools that are easy to follow and engaging, especially for readers that are new to the subject. The author explains the different weight loss protocols and encourages the reader to eat with a purpose, being mindful to oneself. There are also some lovely recipes that are very easy to make. The benefits go beyond weight loss. Will recommend!!!
