About this listen

The best-selling gay romance novel that will leave your heart shaken!

Love, like everything in the universe, cannot be destroyed. But over time it can change.

The hot Texas nights were lonely for Ben before his heart began beating to the rhythm of two words; Tim Wyman. By all appearances, Tim had the perfect body and ideal life, but when a not-so-accidental collision brings them together, Ben discovers that the truth is rarely so simple. If winning Tim’s heart was an impossible quest, keeping it would prove even harder as family, society, and emotion threaten to tear them apart.

Something like Summer is a love story spanning a decade and beyond as two young men discover what it means to be friends, lovers, and sometimes even enemies.

I’ve never had a book bring me to tears and have me so emotionally attached to its characters. I am lost for words which is not like me at all that’s all I can say.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

I have read this book and wanted to hear it again. The love story. It makes you laugh and cry, and each chapter will leave you thinking about what more can happen. I kept my finger crossed for Ben and Tim all the time. And in some part was worried about this relationship. I dearly recommend everyone to read this book and to complete all adventure in which all characters appear, and it would be better to go through the rest of the series books too.

Love it

Any additional comments?

The story starts out much like any other teen coming of age story and over the first few chapters there is some great character work which gives the whole story a 3 dimensional feel.

By the time I got to the end of the story I was almost in tears.

Wow, just wow!

It was very easy to relate to the characters of Ben, Tim and others. Great narrator with a beautiful calm voice. Love how the story covers such an impressive timespan!

Absolutely great! Deep and meaningful
