This is listening to someone who has issues with sleep discussing it with professionals, which I am finding genuinely interesting. However I have to listen to each episode several times because I listen in bed, and it’s quite relaxing to listen to so I always fall asleep, miss it all and have to catch up in the morning! So it is helping me sleep, just maybe not in the way it intended!

Not as enlightening as I'd hope. Unfortunately David cannot help himself interupting with pointless comments, spoiling the flow of the professionals he was talking to. He'd cut them off and I was looking forward to listen to what they had to say. David does have a soothing voice but he's a bit full of himself.
I'm left shrugging my shoulders and going, oh well, wasted my time.
