Auto play not working anymore. I slept listening to the podcast last night. Now I want to listen to the episodes I missed. I marked them all as unfinished. yet they won't auto play them. now I need to press the next button every 5 mins. that won't help me sleep. ironically that's exactly advised not to do in one of the episodes.

Content is great though.

This entire podcast was absolutely rivetting. I liked that the episodes were so short. However, despite their being so short, they are absolutely jam packed with information. Furthermore, beyond simply understanding sleep, it's myths and purposes, some aspects of this podcast actually helped me sleep better.
