You can be happy right now!

Feeling anxious, angry, depressed, or negatively toward life? Try this audiobook. The daily demand of life can get to us when we go down the rabbit hole of negative thoughts. This is a guided meditation / hypnosis audiobook that help you to become more mindful of your present state and guide you to a calmer, more blissful being. I always find that mindfulness meditation in the morning really help maintain my mood for the rest of the day and this book has become another guided meditation that I will be revisiting on occasions.

Short and Easy to Follow!

This book is suitable for people who are being overwhelmed with life and its challenges. We all react to things we do not have much control over, but we can control our actions. The book helps guide on how to gain helpful skills to control one’s life, which I found useful. It gives practical tips on overcoming stress.

Meditative and effective!

I overthink things all the time. My mind is always full of racing thoughts and it's especially annoying in the evenings, as I struggle sometimes to switch off before bed.
I've tried meditations before with good results so I knew this audiobook would be good for the collection. And it's great! It contains a guided meditation with a few affirmations threw in it, and it works amazing when winding down before sleep!
I'm super glad I found it!

Truly a short trip to bliss

This audiobook might have been only 30 minutes, but it was extremely relaxing. I like to listen to audiobooks during my commute to and from work. I decided to listen to this book on my way home to unravel all of my stress, and it was totally worth it! This book was just so peaceful and very easy to listen to. If you get stressed after your job, just go for this book and listen to it. I promise that it will help!

Walking Along the Beach to Bliss

Gosh, this audiobook was super relaxing! I used it to help me unwind before going to sleep. The narration was calming and nicely paced. I would recommend this if you want to calm your mind and body.

Short and relaxing

30 minutes of relaxation

Such a relaxing listen, if you want to give yourself a mental break and take half an hour to unwind, this is a great listen. The suggestions for stress management are so simple, yet effective.
