I overthink things all the time. My mind is always full of racing thoughts and it's especially annoying in the evenings, as I struggle sometimes to switch off before bed.
I've tried meditations before with good results so I knew this audiobook would be good for the collection. And it's great! It contains a guided meditation with a few affirmations threw in it, and it works amazing when winding down before sleep!
