A great book which is well written and thought about. i will use it often.

Update: For a whole year i have been in terrible pain from my outer wrist to my fingers. i could not cut or chop or hold the dog on a lead and also used a wrist support part of each day. then this little book with 4 meditations came on board in my library.
wearing headphones, i fell asleep as i listened. as time went on i was aware that i could see light from my arm to my hand which looked similar to cracked crystal geometric shapes. each crack was lit as if i was partially looking through crystal.
i could feel blood running through my veins a short movement at a time as if it were being cleaned and all the while the bottom half of my arms were kind of dancing as my arms circled around in and out as my lower arms were moving around each other. As they circled, a glow came from my right lower arm and hand. my arms were moving to the chants. as i became aware, i went through this "dream", in my mind. picturing the beauty of it all in amazement. it was still dark when i awoke. i checked the time, trying to work out how line i may have been sleeping.
The song carried on and i sat up recalling the beautiful shapes on my arm as my arms danced up and down and around while the sounds of the drum played back too and what seemed like angel spirit song.
my next thought was wow, i want to carry on with this movement. i did. the more i circled was like charging a battery. my arm glowed. beautiful joy filled me. i was awake. this was real. as i watched the lights moved from my arm across the ceiling and slowly fell. showers of light in my room. this was just the best.
My partner awoke. i told him everything that happened. we got up and the first thing i noticed as i stepped out of bed. my arm was better. No pain. the only grumble, it was like i had just been taken out of plaster. it was stiff for a week or so. this happened in March. no pain now. no codeine now. just better. cured. wow this book is something else. This is true.
