Having read a few of this authors works that I didn’t fully vibe with, this one was actually not too bad. It was an interesting enough story that kept me entertained but my issue with the writing is that there’s never any sensuality to the 🌶️ it’s always super k!nky but it ain’t getting my rocks off purely because of how it’s written, not because of the subject matter 🤷♀️ There’s also not a lot of spice in this book, probably because it’s only book 1 of 3. I’d assume it gets more intense in the next ones.

Narration was also surprisingly good! I’m really picky with English accent narrators - the majority of them I can’t listen to; it just hurts my ears, but these two did a really good job!
