Summary

Before the dungeons, before the dragons, there is the party....

Valeran is bored. Corbett is broke. Andreton and Donald are on the run and Dorian just wants to do what is right. Not the best recipe for a questing group but when you are driven by prophecy sometimes the mix is decided for you.

Action, razor sharp humour, and a smart, character-driven plot are the hallmarks of an Eddie Skelson adventure and he delivers it all in this story of an absurd fantasy world.

Every thing about this book is incredible

So you have to like pop culture.
You have to understand references like Sharknado and Magic the Gathering.
You have to recognise that the characters are caricatures.
You have to predict the end...

And if you do all of these things you will adore this book.

A dysfunctional fellowship

Funny, sharp and witty. Action scenes written well and the narration is brilliant. Corbet may be my favourite wizard

wow

This is what other authors aspire to. The book is perfect and the reader is excellent, the perfect match. More like a well-told epic than a book. Drama, horror and humor. Nonstop action. Well developed characters true to their motivations, capable of growth. Enjoy.
