Hyphonis is a powerful thing

Hypnosis is a powerful thing. There is a misconception that with hypnosis you will lose control of yourself. I studied psychology and there are many types and approaches to hypnosis. The hypnosis thought in this audiobook is safe. I used to do these type of hypnosis to manage migraine headaches, so I know it works. Give it a try as part of your weight loss plan. The narrator also did a great job.

This was a great book. If you're at the wit's end trying to lose weight the old-fashioned way, this book is for you. Many people manage to become disillusioned with failed dieting. Intriguing with great advice
