Summary
Jeffry, I'm no mere guinea pig! I'm a Handsome. And Handsomes have always been famous. I simply cannot be the only Handsome in history to not be famous.
Piggy Handsome is a very confident guinea pig with a hugely inflated ego - he hails from a long line of very famous guinea pigs. But sadly, Handsome hasn't yet achieved world renown. With the help of gruff-talking Jeffry, the budgie, and the inadvertent efforts of two dastardly villains, Dan and Dolly Dixon, Handsome might realise his dream, get in the papers and save the day - without even realising. All in one day trip to the seaside!

My little boy has listened to both of the Piggy Handsome books over and over and over and still laughs out loud each time. He is desperately hoping there will be another coming along soon!

Piggy-PooPoo wins the day
My daughter is 6 and this is the current favourite, she laughs throughout and it is very funny and sweet.

Hilarious children’s adventure with two great characters
Piggy Handsome is a vain and lazy guinea pig who wants to be as famous as his ancestors. His ginger quiff is always well-coiffed and he has an outfit for everything - even reading! But he can never attract human attention. His long-suffering friend Geoff, a gravelly- voiced blue budgie from London’s East End, patiently tolerates Handsome’s tantrums, and together they have adventures outside their cages. In this story the adventures include a death defying ride through heavy traffic in a roller skating boot , Handsome biting a large human bottom that is about to squash him and then sending chips flying from the chip chomping champ’s bowl into the sky, which distract bullying seagulls from hurting Geoff, and so Handsome saves his friend’s life!

Poor handsome I wonder what went wrong maybe the handsomes can only be calm not interrupting (especially mayors) & make it there ambition.

Piggy Perfect
My guinea pigs insisted that I listen to this, but it turned out I enjoyed it as much as they did!
They like hearing about the dashing adventures of Piggy Handsome. I enjoyed the perfect descriptions of a guinea pig in a huff!
My piggies also have ideas above their station (they say they are piggie princesses… and yes they have a palace) so I can as very amused by Piggy Handsome and even as an adult it made me chuckle!
