ive long known that my thoughts are aelf generated, but never truly understood that i had the power to detach from the self inflicted harm i have repeatedly used against me. this book which is so well read by the author allowed me to unlock the well of calm that sits inside us all. we just get into a way of living... we never stop to assess how we are thinking and therefore stop thinking.

if you want change in your life then this is a good place to start.
