I really enjoyed all the books and I’m now hooked on the series. Unlike most crime fiction, I can still recall the plot some months later which means the stories contain an element that’s stayed with me. As each of the books progresses, the characters develop and the plot lines remain interesting, combining strands from both the PI side and police side. Seeing how they draw together is entertaining. The narration is brilliant and I can still hear the variation of accents (Irish, Scottish and others) that bring the characters to life. Loopy Linda is one of my favourites! If I’m out for a walk or a run, these are my go to books to keep my mind occupied!
