Another brilliant book in the series, oh Peggy you made me cry, I do live her character, I was on tenterhooks for Patsy and Loopy will have to wait for the next book hope uts not too long, narration was great

Amazing the narration of Lee Beddow, who brings out the drama, humour and great characters.

DCI Meredith and his wife, Patsy Hodge, tind themselves working on with a cold case team. Who are looking into the killings of young women who had been found decorated with a strange symbol on their bodies. Leading them to four suspects. The suspects all are highly placed politicians. Again brilliant drama and thrills, humour, great characters, twist and will keep you guessing.

Love all the main characters in this series and love the humour.

Great plot as usual and lots of twists.

Would highly recommend this book and all the others in the series.

Another good story from M K Turner. Really glad to have Peggy back, she is a favourite character. A good murder mystery to solve and family time with the Meredith’s. I did feel Lee Beddow was talking too quickly and had to slow it down.

As I always prefer the Audible edition of the books in this series it was a very long wait for me, from the Kindle & paperback editions in January to the audiobook in November. But I really enjoy Lee Beddow's narration and the voice he adds to each character. So I waited. And waited.

Enough waiting. It finally landed on my phone so I could listen to it.

Well, it was worth the wait. All the usual characters were there, including the indomitable Peggy who makes a welcome return. The plot is very good and there are a few twists which the team have to figure out. All told, another excellent addition to the series. I finished it in a single day.

Glad to hear there's another book on the way though hints from the author that book #16 may annoy/upset some people has me a little bit anxious. We'll see.
