Weird choice of narrator...
Would much rather have preferred and unknown narrator who's profession was meditation. Fast talking and filling every void with words is not particularly conducive to relaxation. Definitely feels like this is Diddy's first attempt at meditation. Had to switch off after 10min as it was waking me up rather than sending me off to sleep.
It was free so gets an extra star but it's not great.

back ground music was not at all relaxing actually made me jump at one point

I was desperate for sleep.
was sceptical at first but I had gone 2 weeks on bits of sleeps. woke feeling relaxed and surprised that these books did a fantastic job.

P Duffy makes too many mistakes that actually keep me awake wondering how the editors let them slip through the net.

a bit of everything
good meditation.
Diddy is a step away from the stereotypical meditation teacher. Towards someone more accessible to the people who need the benefits of meditation bit get put off by the woowoo. If anything tries to fit too much in.

Great meditations
Good for beginners. me and my son fall asleep easily , calm us down before bed. our favourites are the ones read by bram barouth

Love the crystal bowl one
Some are much better than others in my humble opinion. I love the crystal bowl one in particular. It is mad up of two parts. One is focused on breathing and matching the duration of the inhale with that of the exhale, which I had already practised and is supposed to be very good for you. The second one is a quick body scan.
All in all a very good practice in only about 17 minutes. I now do it most nights to help me relax and get ready to sleep.
