A Decent Start for Beginners

This is an audiobook full of information, there was a few moments where the narrator seemed to repeat himself, but I'm unsure as to whether it was written in such a way for the book or if it was a mistake on the narrator's behalf. Otherwise, this was a good start for meditation beginners, it offers a few easy and simple ways to meditate.

Excellent informational book.

I was given this book for free in exchange for a honest review.
This book is great if you want to find out more about meditation. Filled with information on why you should, and how it can benefit you. I can’t wait to listen to the rest in the series.

As for this as an audio book. The narrator does a good job with most of the book and reads it at a good pace to say that there is a lot of information to take in. However when you get to chapter 7 there is a few mistakes in the chapter where the narrator repeats himself. But thats doesn’t put you off from the information being told.

A helpful guide for those getting started.

I have been a fan of Elliot for many years. I have started and stopped meditation many times and reading this book helped me to refocus. The exercises provided are a great way for a beginning meditator to start and for a meditator who has stopped to reengage with the practice in a way that might resonate on another level like it did for me.

Time to start

I have been looking for a good book on meditation. This explains the benefits and helped me understand the proper techniques of getting to the relaxed state. I truly believe this is a very helpful book. Thank you and I am anxious to begin.

A great book!!

Mediation is supreme!

I practice meditation on regularly. I can feel the difference. I listen the book to have documentation that meditation works. I am a customer service manager. My plan is to incorporate meditation into my team meetings.
