I found this book to be very helpful but noticed that there were too many, over emphasised, negative pages written in order to explain the positive points Mr Murphy was teaching us.

Once the full book is understood , I realise how unnecessary the body is.
Or do I realise that I can self heal my body for another 200 years if I desire.
Only I can choose.

It is a very good book, though I found it a bit repetitive when compared to "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind"

This book started off way too religious for me. After the fisrt 2 characters I almost deleted it. As I continued to listen I realised that although he speaks of God. That doesn't mean you personally have I believe in a god. Just a power within yourself. Anyone listening to these sorts of books must already have self belief to some degree. The narration was wonderful. The only down side was the editing. Some parts are repeated a few times but it's nothing I you will not get over. I 100% recommend this book.
