Good way to experience more peace

The effects of becoming more loving and more kind is greater inner peace. I felt this immediately during and after my session. It is a wonderful feeling. My stress levels definitely decreased as a result. Great use of my down time.

Good for the Soul

Any additional comments?

This is a nice bundle for anyone trying to build compassion/peace through meditation. The voice of the person reading is soothing but not over-dramatic. Having a choice of background sounds allows for some variety and customization. I like this very much.

Moslty Music

I've tried listening to 2 chapters of this audio "book". The narrator speaks for about 10 minutes, the rest of the 1 hour plus long chapter is music. I do not want an album of sleepy music and will be contacting customer service to return this title immediately.

Not worth the money

You will receive 2 different meditations with this book. The first meditation stands alone then all the rest are repeats. You would be better off using YouTube than paying for this.

Not calming or relaxing.

Needs more affirmations and less context/data explanation. The few affirmations included are great but are interrupted by the other speech.
