I really enjoyed this book, and I especially like how motivating it is. The author gives a number of tips about running, as far as what shoes to wear, how to prepare to run a race, etc. But I think what I enjoyed most about the book is that you can't help but feel running is a lot like life, and you can really learn something from it. The author talks about how he went through phases with running, where it was very painful at first and then he built up to the point where he enjoyed it. He talks about putting in the work to get to that final outcome. I love that because that's how everything in life is. I found this to be very inspiring, and I think anyone who is looking for a feel-good kind of book should read this, whether you're a runner or not.

I thank the author for this audiobook, which encourages me to run from time to time. Many people run a lot to win trophies or for fun. Listening to this audiobook, I Learned a few things about entering your first race. I used to run a lot when I was a child, but I never won a medal for my school class. It is a short audiobook, and it is very informative. I agree that we need to run to keep our bodies healthy. The voice of the narrator is clear, and best fits this story.
