Story
When her late father was branded a traitor to the king, Catherine Percy found sanctuary in Scotland. But a case of mistaken identity put her in a compromising position with the Highland earl sworn to protect her. Marriage to him saved her reputation, but nothing could save her from the stormy passion that bent her innocent body to his will - and shattered his last defense. The acclaimed author of The Thistle and the Rose presents an exciting new trilogy. Three sisters each hold a clue to their family's treasure - and the key to the hearts of three Highland warriors....
Summary
Declared illegitimate and denied his inheritance, Sir Liam Fawke has given six years of his life in service to his younger brother for the promise of being named heir to the Barony of Ashlingford. But when he is summoned to his brother's deathbed, he learns his treacherous kin has secretly wed and fathered a son. Vowing to claim what is rightfully his, Liam contests his nephew's succession. And he not only finds himself at dangerous odds with the boy's lovely, spirited mother, but attracted to one who is forbidden him - one whose son is the means by which he could twice lose all.
Three years ago, Lady Joslyn struck a desperate bargain to wed a nobleman and provide him with an heir. Now widowed, she must protect her young son from her husband's vengeful brother who will stop at nothing - including murder - to take what does not belong to him. But when she seeks an audience with the king to secure her son's inheritance, she discovers Sir Liam may have the stronger claim and that the truth of him could make lies of all she was led to believe. More unsettling, she is drawn to the man beneath the anger who can never forgive her for the part she played in his brother's deception - nor forget to whom she first belonged.

Love this writer! ☺
Tamara Leigh is one of my favorite authors. You can always depend on a well written and researched book with characters and events that are vivid and exciting. Her historical books are all written with dimension and are woven with hope, love, and faith that is never preachy. Plus , when Mary Sarah Agliottta narrates it truly enhances the total experience.
Lady Undaunted s the story of Liam and Joslyn. Liam is an honorable, selfless, and strong man. Joslyn is a woman who learns discernment and how to trust. Together they discover that the power of love and faith is stronger than any obstacles.
If you enjoy clean historical romances I recommend any of Tamara Leigh's books. ☺

Excellent Narrator...beautiful & honorable romance
This is the first book I've read by this author. Her writing style is exquisite as she captures the feelings and deep emotions of her characters without resorting to the physical sexual details of the love felt and expressed; yet the depth and sincerity glows and looms in the mind and imagination of the reader. I will be reading more of this author's work.

Medieval Romance at its Best!
What's not to like about this novel. It has knights, battles, a damsel in distress, a child, a dashing hero and many twists or turns of the plot to keep you listening attentively. I am a late comer to Ms. Leigh books, but I have listened to 90% of them now on Audible. It has been a treat, especially with the vocalizations of Mary Sarah A. She is a brilliant & imaginative narrator. Thank you. Keep writing & using the same narrator and believe me, I won't stop listening.

Another Great Medieval Read
Another great medieval romance/drama by Tamara Leigh. Love the great romance/tension without the explicit sexuality and also the unexpected twists to the story. Loved Liam who rose above the unfair twists and turns of his life and became a better man for it. A great HEA for all, including Jocelyn and Oliver.
I enjoyed the narration as with all of Tamara Leigh's medieval series.

Nobody does medieval better!!
Tamara Leigh is the most amazing writer l have ever read.! I have read and listened to everyone of her medieval stories and they are all fantastic, and so is the reader! This story is exciting and full of redemption and valor! It is romantic and passionate yet clean, but not at all prudish! There are a few references to God, as expected since the Catholic Church plays heavily during this period. However, it is not at all preachy. I recommend this for all readers!

Great Story Fantastic Reader!!
Mary Sarah Agliotta is just a wonderful reader. She makes the characters jump out at you and the men sound like men and the women sound wonderful. She changes up voices and makes you want to listen to the story. This is a great story and the ending is excellent. Never would have thought of it. Tamara Leigh is an excellent author and a joy to listen to.
