A fascinating LLC guide!
I was a bit suspicious about the quality of this book but here I am to share my positive review after listening to it. This audiobook is worth the money. It is interesting, educational and practical. I found the info I was looking for and even more. It’s not a simple brochure or a summary about LLC. It's a complete guide for beginners who want to reveal all about the types of LLCs and the best ways to get started with it.

Life proven tips!
The choice is always up to you whether you want to launch a single-member or multi-member LLC. But this guide explains all the pros and cons, risks and taxes regarding any type of LLC. I am lucky I bought this book. Of course, I prefer eBooks and textbooks but audiobooks are also convenient to learn about things you are curious about. So, this audiobook is easy-to-understand and easy-to-use. I think non-natives can also purchase it. They will both improve their LLC business skills and English language listening skills. A great guide to start an LLC
I am a manager at a small company and my boss is thinking of starting an LLC business. He turned on me for advice and support. So, I bought this book to have a deeper understanding of LLC. It is worth the money
Do you still wonder why you fail? The main reason why people fail in LLC business is that they lack knowledge. This book has overpassed expectations !
I have read several materials related to LLC but I think there were all poorly-written. This LLc book is a complete guide. It’s worth purchasing. If you are a beginner in the LLC field, then this guide will help you in getting started with it. Without the proper knowledge about the types of LLC, the common mistakes people make and the techniques to use when forming an LLC, it'll be challenging to launch an LLC. That’s why I think that such books are a must for beginners. This one is an audiobook, which means it’s more convenient to use.

Very precise
Although this guide is not concise, it’s definitely very useful. It consists of 10 chapters all of which include valuable information. I haven't found unnecessary information. The explanations, instructions, tips and advice are well-written. So, the guide is easy-to-follow. I have learnt new things about LLC and I think I am ready to open my LLC with its own name and logo. I mastered tax information and I think there is 0 chance to make mistakes. Specially written for beginners, this book will become your ultimate roadmap for starting and running an LLC.

An awesome LLC guide for beginners !
This audiobook is awesome. I have listened to it for a couple of days. It’s quite interesting. It can be helpful for beginners. Before purchasing this book I have attended business courses. They were helpful too. So, now I have the necessary background about LLC and even more to start an LLC. It reveals the main types of LLCs and prompts which one to choose according to your business type. There is also useful information about single-member, multi-member and hybrid LLCs. You’ll see the difference and decide which one is best for you.

This guide helped me a lot.
This guide has opened up my eyes. It’s all about the challenges of LLC I have already passed through. I wish I could find this book earlier. Anyway, it has helped me to avoid some common mistakes.
