Well written centered book

Well written centered book. This very clear book about a certain type of a diet .The whole process of becoming a better man. Through dieting, we are presented with physical and mental improvement and in so gradually becoming a better and healthier person.The book is easy to listen.

LOVE THIS BOOK

I'm such a wayward dieter. I can use all the help I can get Doc Julian furnished unvarnished advise that works. I won't go into details because each person needs varying advise--and there is a cornucopia of advise available in this book.

I am new to the benefits of fasting. I liked the author made solid, fact based arguments for fasting including health benefits. It comes across as well researched, not crazy. Will definitely give it a try!

Fascinating audio book

An overload on information is about right, but that's what I like about it. I didn't know you could stuff so many things in about an hour and a half of narration. Great Keto Diet for Weight Loss book for starters.

Excellent audio guide

I am really interested.

I am really interested. This audiobook is well Listen. Lots of relevant information and the layout is useful. I actually really enjoyed this audiobook. I highly recommend this audio

I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who wants to do Weight Loss or keto I’ve been doing keto for almost a year and I have tons of audio books. This audiobook is very nice it is straight to the point and gives you great recipes.
