I like this cookbook which has a number of recipes to choose from. It makes starting Keto diet much more easier. Keto diet is such a hot method that many people are trying that out. I was also looking for a weight loss diet and I was trying out to incorporate this diet. I am glad that this book provides a lot of recipes to choose from and they look very yummy too. Also I enjoyed the first part of the audiobook, that discusses the basics of the Keto diet, like its benefits and the science behind. And the meal plan is very helpful because you can just follow it without worrying what to cook tonight. This is a nice and practical guide for anyone starting the Keto diet.
