I love how the explanations were given in detail and actionable steps were provided to assist with getting into intermittent fasting. A lot of things change with age and this book made practicing intermittent fasting a lot simpler and effective with the wealth of information that it provided. With so many dieting, fitness, and fasting plans out there, it's great to have something that is tailored JUST for you. With my wife just entering this group, it was very helpful to see this!

It covers all the topics in a practical, helpful way: hormones, energy, menopause. A holistic approach, from mood to mental clarity, to physical aspects like sleep and diet. It's encouraging and doable, easy-to-follow and not preachy. Even if you've messed up other plans in the past, this book coaches you to succeed!

There's a lot of flexibility too. It's not "strict" and not so intimidating. A focus on healthy aging, and not just losing weight.
