For me it has been a long journey, after trying the keto diet with no results I got myself trying Intermittent Fasting , it can be difficult at first but having a great resource like this book is a game changer since you dont have to go thru the same mistakes I went thru, I love that this book was made for both men and women so i can use it with my girlfriend, the book says 28 days and I think thats a good estimate to see good stable results since you are going to see lots of the weight loss coming form stored water in you body, Stubborn fat is the main goal of the book and I love that.
