The author covers the many different kinds of fasting that there are, from 5:2 fasting to eat stop eat. This author is also sure to include the pros and cons for each type of fasting and who it best works with. I thought that was a great way for the reader to do d the type of fasting they will see the most benefit from, but one that also works with their lifestyle. I recommend this book of fasting is something you want to try.
