Valuable lessons - beautifully stitched together. A wonderful mix of contributions and perspectives from those involved in performance improvement from a range of fields.
As a coach myself I gleaned countless valuable insights related to helping people improve their game in all fields of life.

Thought provoking
I listened to all of them and liked the way the author has weaved the stories together. The coach - Paul - is utterly brilliant. So insightful. My favourite episodes are: Eton College (it's a different world); listening to actress Juliet Stevenson in the RADA episode talking about the late Alan Rickman and Michael Palin in the Royal Geographical Society episode. If you want a masterclass on teamwork listen to the The British Rowing episode . I have picked up some wisdom in some form from every episode. Well done!

excellent collection of 6 case study
I found each case study has something profound to offer to the listener and imbibe like make small incremental change/improvemens and sustain it to end with a big change, or how to exude confidence while on stage by breathing from the guts, and then emotional quotient rather than intelligence quotient etc... all very neatly woven in the six eclectic stories. thanks for making this podcast and giving it free.

Brilliant case studies
While these are old British institutions there is a lot to learn from these institutions. The only quibble I have is that a For Profit institution driven by the Stock market or Investors behaves differently from a nonprofit institution
