I feel like all of the best bits of my most helpful learning points over the past few years have been crammed into this book. I also love that the author is pro changing yourself to be the best version of yourself. Yes yes yes 👏 I wish I’d had this at the beginning of lockdown hahaha but thank god I listened to it now.
