I loved it. Not only Oonagh reads her book in very light, funny and engaging way, but she also makes very good points about focusing on being happy rather than killing your joy with some incredible regime which indeed will make your body ultra fit, but will also make your life miserable. For me it is not a book about being slim and fit, but about being healthy and happy, learning to love your body in any shape and at any time during your way to your desired looks and finding balance in your life. 2/3 of the book can be easily applied also to other areas of life, not only to fitness. I highly recommend Oonagh's book. It's worth your time and will make you healthier and happier :) And, not, I'm not a personal friend of Oonagh ;) but after listening to her audiobook, I genuinely wish I was :)

This is a fantastic book with lots of practical advice to help you finally achieve a healthier life! It helped me put things in a different perspective and understand things better. So if you listen to this audiobook, you are already on your way to leading a healthier life!

Wow. I realllly have been through it all over the past few years in terms of trying to understand everything that helps a person against self sabotage/ helps with mindset and body health/satisfaction. So much of this felt so true/already known and yet so hard hitting because of the clarity and efficiency in its presentation.

I feel like all of the best bits of my most helpful learning points over the past few years have been crammed into this book. I also love that the author is pro changing yourself to be the best version of yourself. Yes yes yes 👏 I wish I’d had this at the beginning of lockdown hahaha but thank god I listened to it now.

I’m a man listening to this audiobook even though this is aimed at the ladies Oonagh still has tons of great information for me to utilise and take on, excellent book.
