Very Informative

There's a lot of information in this book that puts many myths about meditation to rest. It offers very detailed information about meditation and relaxation that definitely has helped me start to live a more peaceful and happy lifestyle. Very Handy Bundle

Easy to follow and doesn't feel un-natural

The meditations are not intimidating and help you to focus on being more in the moment.
