I can honestly say these guided meditations have changed my life, by relaxing me and enabling me to get a good nights sleep after 35 years of insomnia. They have helped control my blood pressure too, I believe. Jane Warrens voice is perfect for the narration,

Simple and effective

I'm looking for some nice gently guided meditations but these I find quite hard to follow. There are 3 different ones but each have there own little annoying features that I just couldn't get past. The background noise is quite loud, almost like the voice of the narrator and the background noise are competing. I'm going to keep these meditations but I'm going to look for new ones....I don't think I'll be doing them again unless I'm stuck.
