This is more of an autobiography than a guide. It was interesting but not helpful in the way I thought it would be.

Truly guided.

I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book Shannon's voice is soothing. This book is very interesting and empowering the case studies and advice are very practical and applicable to everyday life. I have listened to this audio book many times and I think I will continue to its very helpful and practical it demystifies spiritual guidance and makes its less scary. I appreciate the fact that Shannon gives you tools that you can use to better understand your gifts.
