Summary
Dass Frank Goosen Beatles-Fan wurde, hatte mit Schwarzarbeit zu tun. Mit den Worten "Gib mir kein Geld, gib mir lieber ein paar Platten für meinen Jungen!", ließ Goosen Senior sich Ende der Siebziger von einem Elektrohändler für ein paar nach Feierabend angeschlossene Steckdosen mit Beatles-Scheiben bezahlen.
Damit war es um den 13-Jährigen geschehen. Goosen spürt seiner lebenslangen Obsession für die "Fab Four" nach: in der Erinnerung an seine Kindheit und Jugend im Ruhrgebiet und an den Originalschauplätzen in Liverpool - kenntnisreich, berührend-persönlich und irre witzig.
