Brilliant must listen too audiobook

This audio book was simply amazing, the way the story was narrated the content and how relatable the content was from a broad range of scenarios.

This audiobook inspired me so much that I listened to each one back to back!

Well done Georgina and best of luck on your journey!

An unbelievably honest and interesting story,

A lot of Georgina's story resonates with me, as I grew up in a white family with a black heritage on one side. I was really lucky in one sense though, and that was because of my mum's honesty from as early as I can remember, and a great dad who I'm still close with now. Because of them, I was able to gain a whole new family in another country, once I had decided to trace them. I believe the knowledge of that family, and wanting to live up to how I perceived them, meant I got on better in life than I might have been looking at if I hadn't found them. Everyone should have that right.
I loved the recordings that she's made and got people to participate in as it was all happening. I think it's all been compiled really well, and she has a really nice voice to narrate the whole thing with.
I really believe that it is an absolute right for children to know who their parents are. Maybe there are some circumstances where it can't happen, but to spare a parent's blushes shouldn't be one of them.
This was a really thoroughly entertaining 5 episodes to listen to, and on the strength of it, I shall buy Georgina's book.
