Read it!

Taught me a way to think, that way works. Had it kind of figured out myself as a child, until my choice to remain in a narcissistic relationship blocked me off from my wisdom, knowledge, confidence, piece of mind and happiness. Getting those back, building upon them, thanks Caroline!

Very practical and exeptional book

Highly recommend this amazing book, can't just read it, need to study it, yourself, pause; think; write things down. I bought also newly released hard cover one as I am so fascinated about changes in my life after finishing Audible

A must read!!!

This book was so refreshingly different,specific and an absolute enjoyment to listen! For someone who’s been dealing with anxiety for a few years now,i find this book a must read for everyone who struggles with anxiety/depression/overwhelming thoughts or fears or just general exhaustion! Kudos to the author for creating and sharing this masterpiece with the world!

Life changing, and don’t listen to anybody saying the PDF is not available.

This book is seriously life altering. I’m excited to see how this works after the 62 days. There’s a lot of information here! I happen to love her accent. Please look in the main menu for the PDF, it is most certainly there.

Don't buy this book buy the app instead

heard about this women on a podcast and i thought she was so great and the ideas were so interesting i wanted to read about them. There is useful information in this book but it's literally read as a ad. she repeats the same phrases literally 5 or so times every chapter and it essentially boils down to a 6 hour ad for her app(which also costs money) overall terrible book great ideas though if explained properly. Save your time and get the app instead if you are interested like i was.

Cool research, but very repetitive

Like another reviewer mentioned, the content in this audiobook is very repetitive--to the point that I wondered if I should continue at some points. Aside from that, the content does share a helpful method for reframing negative thoughts along with practical examples of how to do so. But I can't help wishing it were more concise and cut out all of the fluff. I think the author's YouTube videos on the topic of neurocycling are better in that respect.

Maybe a rewrite??

Wow. I’m only saying this in the hopes an author can revise this. I couldn’t even finish it. The repetitive information is killing me so I finally just went to the chapter that by title should lay out the 5 steps in detail and from the lost earring story to the head severed story, I got nothing except what was already repeated over and over again and I just had enough. I think a professional reader would do this book some good too.

I knew with in 20 seconds that this book was going to disappoint

Your body can go 40+ days without food. Over a week with out water....

There is no forced treatment in mental health.
I know for a FACT... the ones that are made to make their own decisions in a state of psychosis because it is “their right” suffer the most.

So disappointed in this book.

Great info but lots of missing visuals you need

I desperately need the PDFs of the images she talks so much about. Fantastic tools but also so vast... I wish I could have a simple, written one-page summary of the steps to start using right away.

PDF available?!

I called Audible and put a ticket in due to no pdf. They mentioned they would contact the seller and try to correct this issue. The audible help desk person saw the PDF and wouldn’t email it. Frustrating and I hope they can resolve this for all!!!!

just a sales pitch for the app

I'm not interested in paying for an app......all the book talks about is the research and how the process can help but never gives you any solid instructions.
