Easy to listen to and the audio would be tailored towards not only teachers but I feel anyone who works with children and young people. I chose five stars because of its simplicity, step-by-step guidance and the author’s consistent communication throughout.

I originally purchased a physical copy of this book and it was so good, I had to get it on audio book. I have listened to it from start to finish a couple of times now and I will keep coming back to it. It's not a long listen, but is so full of common sense helpful advice.
It's a definite must have for any teachers who like to listen to their CPD books.

Some very helpful and logical advice. Be warned not everything will be useful to you. Good stratagys and very interesting for the bits to think about the pupils point of view. Suffers a little from being an audio book, which prevents you from cherry picking the bits most relevant to your own situation.
