Summary
It is true that there are tons of websites on the Internet that talk about chakras; but what exactly is there?
Studying the chakras is not learning things like "spiritual" students do, because in the end does not bring anything or not much.
The objective of this course is to make you discover the technology of the No Name by understanding that large philosophical rules are found materially in your different bodies. I am not a therapist of the physical body and, in a way; repair the body is only doing the plastering on a ruined wall.
My goal is to help you better understand the structure of the wall so that you stop to avoid him by ignorance. Thus, through a better understanding, you will rediscover the deity and perfection that you inhabit.
Clearly, for external sores (a consequence of an internal dysfunction due to ignorance), continue to appeal to those who have this knowledge until you regain full control of who you are.

An all encompassing guide to Chakra healing
I am a Nurse Practitioner, so I have a traditional medical background. I do believe, however, that there is a mind-body connection and maybe even something more. Chackras and chackra healing is a new concept for me and I'll admit I have found it a difficult subject to grasp. I have attempted to listen this audio book and other audio books on the subject without much success.

Wonderful audio book for beginners!
This audio book truly is the ultimate guide to chackras. I highly recommend this audio book for anyone who may be just getting started with chackra work. The author goes well beyond explaining each chackra,author has also included information such as corresponding goddesses, essential oils, crystals and even recipes! And author has done so in a way that (as a beginner and a new mom who doesn't have a lot of time to just sit down and listen an entire chapter or two) I find very easy to follow. I also really enjoy how the audio book is broken up, because as I said, I don't have a whole lot of time to just sit and listen.

Obsessed with this audio book
This audio book is absolutely stunning. Simple to understand while still giving a comprehensive understanding of chackras, how they correspond with crystals, oils, food, rituals, tarot, astrology... I already want to buy a back-up copy because I know I will wear this one out.

Thoughtful and beautiful
The author has included more information on Chackras in one audio book than any other I have listen. By bringing historical and relevent information together in one audio book it us an must listen! Chackras, herbs, oils, meditation... Well explain without being stuffy or boring! I look forward to listening all future audio books by the author!

Useful Information! Excellent audio Book!
First i want to say... this audio book is filled with information. Not only does it have information on chackras and what exactly that is but tells you how to balance, activate energy flow and more. It tells you what correspondences for each chackra... gemstones, oils, herbs etc. and yes it is the ultimate guide! There are also some great recipes in it. I highly recommend this audio book!!

All the rabbit holes in one place!
It is so amazing and helpful when all the information you need is in one spot. This audio book holds all the information to get you started with learning about the chackras, connecting, and working with them. From essential oils, herbs, DIY ideas, mantras, guided meditations, archetypes, to the meanings with tarot, runes, and planets . . . just wow. The exercises are practical and easy to follow and the conclusion of channeled information is just a beautiful way for a teacher to share even more, to inspire more thoughts and ideas.

so simple
They way it is written makes it so simple to follow and understand each of the chackra systems and where you may be blocked and able to release to create ease. It also includes some small beautiful meditations that I enjoy as well.

A gorgeous audio book with solid scholarship
This is an awesome audio book!! There are explanations of the chackras and exercises to activate energy flow, questions for reflective journaling, and correspondences for each chackra (deities, gemstones, tarot, runes, essential oils and herbs, and planets). And a very deep and beautiful treatment of each of those topics for each chackra.

I'm really enjoying this hear! Weather you believe in the literal Chackras swirling discs of energy in the human energy field or not, the Chackras coinciding with the feelings/desires,insights linked to each Chackras and emotion/level of consciousness is the truth!
