This book covers them all and more. From Mexico spite for California to America‘s victory. Do you stories it all with captivating tales and I found this book about California also interesting. I am really starting to love the state history books. I have read Wisconsin and now California and can’t wait for the next one. Captivating history also has a bonus in this book to sign up for the newsletter and receive a book about mitts. Of course I already have that book but side up anyway. I highly recommend this book if you love history and want to know more about California this is the book. Please forgive any grammatical or punctuation errors as I am blind and dictate most of my review. All opinions on my own though.

I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook which recounted various facts about California from it’s beginnings through tho modern day. It is narrated in a way that holds your attention from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this audiobook.

Purchased for research prior to my trip to California. It was way too short to be worth a full credit and the narration sounded like Ai. I could have found free information to this level, it literally skipped through entire periods of history and I didn’t feel like I learned much. Gutted I wasted a credit.
