I am a qualified fitness instructor and currently studying personal training and clinical nutrition. This is the best audio book I have listened to and teaches you the correct methods of helping you get to the best shape in your life. The four principles of mental, cardio, resistance and nutrition training are very well explained in in good depth. I am now a follower of Tom venuto and hope to someday have the level of knowledge he has in order to help others get the best from a fit and healthy lifestyle.Who was your favorite character and why?
The narrator Is great. Tom's first book used a different narrator which was a shame as tom's voice is much kinder to the ears and in a pleasant manner. Well done!!What about Tom Venuto’s performance did you like?
